Interesting spice mix I made for dinner tonight - in order the spices are (Ratio): Ginger (1+); Smoked Paprika (1-); Cayenne (1); Turmeric (1-); Cinnamon (1+); Garlic (3); Salt (2) I rubbed it on some Tilapia using vinegar for added flavor, cooked in neutral oil. Remaining spices in butter in rice!
