The j-ISBA section is excited to announce that the Bayesian Young Statisticians Meeting (BAYSM) 2027 will be held online from 12-16 April 2027! For early career researchers, abstract submissions are now open until December 20, 2026. Senior researchers are also invited to serve as discussants.

The prize is awarded for innovative research in Bayesian statistics. Papers must be presented at the #ISBA2026 World Meeting in Nagoya, Japan and accepted for publication in Bayesian Analysis (BA). Submissions are welcome from any presenter (invited or contributed, oral or poster).

The prize includes an award of $1000 and a plaque and/or certificate. The winner(s) will be announced at the ISBA World Meeting in 2028.
