The most unexpected highlight from #PokemonWorlds for me was how nice folks were about letting Sonflower push the elevator buttons for everyone💗 His smile and sense of accomplishment after is just the sweetest thing in the world 🥹 Thanks Pokemon for a magical experience

This flare up has officially passed and just in time for #PokemonWorlds this weekend 🙌 I think I’ve identified what caused the flare up to begin with but I’m still waiting on the MRI results. 🙏

I am 9 months post-op and I’m basically bed ridden again due to pain and sciatica down my left leg. I’ll be getting another lumbar MRI Monday morning. I feel like my recovery has been set back several months. Hoping it’s just a random flare up…wml 😔🙏💕

We had to say goodbye to our sweet Fox today. We were so extremely blessed to have him in our lives. He was so kind and gentle and loving towards everyone he met. We are feeling this loss deeply.. we love you forever and always.. our sweet Foxy boi.

I’m officially 3 weeks and 3 days post-op… only 2.5 months left until I can resume normal activities 🥺 I’ve been feeling so much better but I also need to make sure I remain vigilant about my mobility restrictions 👉👈 This stick grabber thing has been a game changer 🙌
