Mirror (Play Paint Gal Adventures!)

store.steampowered.com/app/5044430/... The official Steam Page is now live. Please, feel to give it a wishlist!

Social media discourse becomes a lot less interesting when you realize how unemployed and a waste of time it really is. Focus on improving yourself!

The vulture swoops by!

No idea if this is known or actually useful but the knockback state from the chimpy charge in DK64 causes you to sink like a rock in water.

I am hosting an art contest Post art you made with the tag #PaintGalArtContest 10 winners will be picked with their art being put into the game, their name will also be in the game's credits The rules are outlined in this image, failing to meet criteria will result in rejection

I heard they are adding wavedashing to Doom

Super Mario 64 if it was a modern indie game with light horror themes and mystery

Trying to clearly define my characters in a detailed 'world and writing guide' document, rather than having them be designs with a vague idea on personality. This is being done in the case I expand this universe outside of games.

Is this the most brave video title ever made?

The vote to not have the donor wall for a possible Steam demo was unanimously voted yes. It'll be pushed after the next community event (which will be soon)

Mesmer is now a cat

The Paint Gal Adventures levels 1-5 demo has reached 300 downloads! Thank you 😄

Unironically I'd rather work in retail than be a game dev ATP At least that would lead to human interaction lol

WTF is 'big cartel'

Since it's October, you should totally check out the Halloween spinoff of Prototype N I've released 3 years ago, Diamond in the Grave. It's a short Halloween-themed campaign of 6 levels for about $5 on itch io! arrietty.itch.io/diamond-in-t...

I do not use vertex animation. All my animation is done using skeletal rigs. Is that a sign that my stuff is over-animated? I'll let you decide.

All of the cactus anims

I just got hit by the PFP virus Look what has happened to my PC 😭

Here's how EA can save themselves:

Like my models and animations? Then please feel free to try out the demo for my game! Every asset I create and show is for it. itsmirror.itch.io/paint-gal-ad...

I specialize in bouncy animation with a lot of circular motions

Valve probably won't do anything with the amount of vibecoded junk at next fest. They will tell you that vibecoded games should properly be disclosed then put the bare minimum in enforcing it.

Reducing the texture footprint was still too much? Lets take this even further by having no textures at all!

Getting models to use the smallest texture footprint possible is fun.

Mr. Bang

Seeing discussions on game clones lately and yes, a clone can overshadow the original if their appeal is greater than its inspiration. Angry Birds is probably the most famous example.

itsmirror.itch.io/paint-gal-ad... Pushed an update that fixes many issues players were experiencing with the new demo. Please, feel free to mention any issues you encounter, I will try my best to fix them.

Super Donkey Kong 3: Mysterious Kremis Island

SM64 is a game about climbing mountains.

Yee haw!

Just some clarification on why the Paint Gal Adventures demos aren't on Steam despite the official page.

The cactus was the most creative part of this image, as it uses a 2 pixel striped texture for displacement to get the ribbed look. Here's how it looks with only the texture.
