I'm rewatching all the fast and furious movies because they're on Netflix and I need a distraction desperately But it's weird how fast and furious 5 6 and 7 are all just rip-offs of other movies set in the fast and furious world Like five was a brutal rip-off of ocean's 12 I think maybe 13...

That was actually pretty good, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Plot is a little contrived but it is a comedy and I get that absurdity is kind of in right now... I've never been an absurdist but I do understand their humor

It was good but I didn't fully understand the rewrite of what I'm pretty sure was Elliott Page's character I remember him being in on the plan the whole time. The way he sold it to the enemy forces was that he was an asshole and talked shit about Odysseus (might have been somebody else in the army)

Started watching the 2017 Tick live action show. It's on Netflix but I think it was originally on Amazon It's pretty good. I'm not sure they made it more than two seasons though Also would be really nice if I could get to the movie theater... But life is being a bit rough right now

#NowWatching The Hawk on Netflix Will Farrell is old so he's in a show about golf now I'm sure it's fine, it'll be all right. Will Ferrell has never done anything amazing in my opinion, typically just the same buffoonish character. Still pretty funny! Usually!

Another movie shot for phones Skip the theater for this one unless you want to look at the top of the screen to focus on who's talking If they're not at the top it's so close to the camera their head takes up 50-100% of the screen at times. Seeing this in IMAX would be insane, live in their pores

Oh yeah I forgot to do a Movie Monday post... Because Monday sucked But I did see #Supergirl There's a lot wrong with the movie. I don't even think you need the dying dog subplot, really felt forced Lobo was fun, villain was fun, sneaky ninja was fun but TROPEY as fuuuuck.

There's only two new movies out in the theaters right now that I haven't seen. Minions & monsters and Washington Neither of which are super appealing... But honestly I'm kind of shocked that the summer movie scene is this dry 🤔

I tried watching My Adventures with Superman but they retconned like everything in the first episode. Then the second episode was just entirely tropey and I couldn't do it So #NowWatching Becky on Netflix It said it's violent and Kevin James looks to play a giant Nazi or something...
