When a child misbehaves you don't leave it loose to continue misbehaving. You send it to its room, and then you go about repairing the damage it did. Respond to everything the GOP does by calling for impeachment. If they are busy trying to avoid impeachment, they will have less time to do damage.

The GOP keeps winning because they scatter their assaults and the Democrats respond individually to each one instead of going on the offensive and calling ceaselessly for impeachment. Respond to each new horror with calls for impeachment instead of reactive defense measures.
