Among patients with #HepatocellularCarcinoma beyond the Milan criteria who underwent #LiverTransplant, an immune checkpoint inhibitor–based pretransplant strategy was associated with better survival and lower recurrence vs therapy without immune checkpoint inhibitors. ja.ma/4hFlgbb

Among patients with nonmetastatic #HeadNeckCancer receiving radiation therapy, financial toxicity was associated with worse quality of life and substantial out-of-pocket expenses. ja.ma/4dzMI8Z

Among adults in China and the UK, modifiable lifestyle factors and health conditions accounted for most of the male-female #Cancer incidence gap in China but only a smaller fraction in the UK. ja.ma/4ygALxm

We present a new type of biomarker - based on a math equation rather than a genetic or transcriptomic assay. By capturing dynamic patterns in PSA during the first treatment cycle, we can predict prostate cancer outcomes across disease settings, paving the way for personalized treatment schedules.

In patients with #ProstateCancer receiving #AdaptiveTherapy, mathematical biomarkers from first-cycle prostate-specific antigen (#PSA) dynamics predicted time to progression and overall survival better than standard PSA metrics. ja.ma/4wbDsyf

Editorial: In HPV 16–positive recurrent or metastatic #HeadAndNeckCancer, PDS0101 plus pembrolizumab demonstrated activity in immune checkpoint inhibitor–naive disease but not after prior immune checkpoint inhibitor exposure. ja.ma/4xW1IWP

Meta-analysis: In #HeadAndNeckCancer with programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 combined positive score <1, #ImmuneCheckpointInhibitors were likely associated with reduced survival, including significantly reduced overall survival in recurrent or metastatic disease. ja.ma/46uMnAC

In #HPV16-positive recurrent or metastatic #HeadAndNeckCancer, PDS0101 plus #Pembrolizumab showed antitumor activity and manageable safety in immune checkpoint inhibitor–naive patients, but no objective responses in resistant patients. ja.ma/4xVtvql

In persistent, recurrent, or metastatic #CervicalCancer, first-line #Pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy with or without bevacizumab maintained overall survival and progression-free survival benefit at 5 years, with no new safety signals observed. ja.ma/3UHjheC

Among patients with #ERBB2-positive #BreastCancer, neoadjuvant anbenitamab plus HB1801 was associated with a higher total pathologic complete response rate vs trastuzumab, pertuzumab, and docetaxel, with similar grade 3 or 4 toxic effects. ja.ma/46FBax8

#ColorectalCancer mortality declined nationally among US adults aged ≥45 years from 2000 to 2019, but county-level disparities persisted, with some counties exceeding 100 deaths per 100 000 among American Indian or Alaska Native and Black populations. ja.ma/4ymxIDm

In US #Cancer clinical trials, industry sponsors were more likely to focus on single-agent drug therapies, while federal sponsors were more likely to evaluate prevention and supportive care interventions. ja.ma/3TbzUyG

Among patients with early #TripleNegativeBreastCancer, tissue-free #ctDNA detection during molecular residual disease surveillance was strongly prognostic for recurrence and supported testing when tumor tissue was unavailable. ja.ma/3S5A0Hu

Among men with #ProstateCancer starting concurrent androgen deprivation therapy and an androgen receptor pathway inhibitor, #MetabolicSyndrome and related abnormalities were frequently documented early, with hypertension the most common outcome. ja.ma/3TW65Cf

Among patients with metastatic #BreastCancer, alert-based digital patient-reported outcome monitoring was associated with lower fatigue at 6 months vs usual care, with improvement exceeding the minimal clinically important difference. ja.ma/4xzjmPF

Adding consolidative thoracic radiotherapy to atezolizumab maintenance for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer led to more severe toxic effects, mainly infections, without survival benefit compared to atezolizumab alone. ja.ma/3UsSpyJ
