Just now: A federal judge in Baltimore is issuing a preliminary injunction temporarily blocking the Trump admin from converting a logistics warehouse in Western MD into a massive ICE detention facility. He'll allow DHS to put up a fence but not to proceed with detention plans as lawsuit plays out.
