We have these, too, our smallest dear woodpecker. The last time I saw our largest, the Pileated woodpecker, was during Covid, when "everything" was so quiet. They're quite shy. This one, though? He's on the suet constantly. Harbinger of good things to come. Bless him. Thanks for posting! ❤️

This! This is where I've been (mentally) the last couple of days: out and about (sometimes just mentally), flying maybe too fast down this woodland path, attending outdoor events, and brainstorming creative studies to determine "what works". I love it when my creativity gets used for good!

Dog Day Afternoon, apparently. So many gentle and adorable moments with dogs today. Or just animals in general. Why is it that animals seem to go right into my heart and soul. Some kind of spooky magic? And yet, they're obviously healers -- all of them. Good! Like angels, but they don't know it.

Oh -- this makes me feel so calm and happy. As the description says, these horses are well cared for. I can tell because I can see shoes on many of their hooves. Shoeing is a big job and a big commitment to protect a horse. Love, love! ❤️
