This year in Phoenix while walking my dog Buddy, I witnessed people beating a man on the side of Van Buren Street while a woman and children screamed bloody murder; presumably family. I am not sure about the circumstances and they didn’t want to go with them. This new normal in America is terrible!

Buying a home or condo in a P.U.D. may come with added unexpected expenses: like special assessments or reserve accounts that are underfunded and the first time home buyer has sticker shock that can last for years, if not decades, of added payments which are over and above the P.I.T.I. payments. 🫪

When the leader of a country throws your cities under the bus by saying: ‘it’s a small price to pay to blow you up’ - please remember that almost all insurance companies do not and will never cover any claims that are a result of terrorism, insurrection and war.

True leaders offer solutions; give the American public a special discounted antique license plate for all existing gas vehicles - allowing consumers to keep existing vehicles - also qualify for additional incentives to buy a new 2nd electrified vehicle; keep our ‘classic’ cars from becoming ruined.

The supreme failure of humanity is the upper classes' inability and seemingly outright refusal to lift up the middle and lower classes to their economic levels. Why don't we want everyone to afford to live in the same neighborhood? Caste system weirdos!?! 😒

Americans - stimulate the economy by going through the PTA in public schools, create public sector tourism projects - then ask the parents to use funds to go on school sponsored summer vacations by visiting their neighboring county/state all summer and parent cannot lose their job from employer.📚

‘America spent more on the baby boomer generation than any other - being the largest by numbers, they out numbered the following 3 generations combined 3 to 1; having voting majority - their decisions had consequences and we are living that legacy, suffering with no social safety net or guarantee.’

There must be so many leaders in Washington, D.C. who are literally getting the wind blown out of their sails - so to speak. Entire careers are literally being snuffed out - if not by them but seen by their peers. It is a panic or opportunity to unite and make new serious laws into the constitution.
