(A very late) Round 10 #AFLW #AFL scoring update: A new scoring record (again)! ALMOST had to add a new colour to the spreadsheet (if Geelong and West Coast had kicked at 50%...) That makes 7 of the top 8 highest scoring rounds in the competition's history this season. 🤞 for more good weather!

I shouldn't have been surprised that the answer to the question "What was the first piece of Kirk/Spock fic published?" is kinda a "What is the first Pokemon?" style question with multiple (I've identified three in this case) answers. Round 9 #AFLW #AFL scoring update: We're so back. Geelong are just absurd this season - when you consider that a men's game is roughly 50% longer than a women's game once you include extra time (~84 mins vs 126 mins from what i could gather), they're scoring at similar rates to the Lions men!

Round 8 #AFLW #AFL scoring update: Ooft ouch owie. That was a rough one. Record rainfall in Vic + wind & rain in the rest of the SE made for the lowest scoring round since R4, 2022 (S7) (first season with 18 teams). Still, fun to see the Suns & Eagles get their first local rivalry game wins!
