Your reasons can be whatever you want them to be, but they can’t be used if they’re not about is specific bill in some way. Get it in ASAP, but the more you can give her to work with the better. Once she starts filibustering her staff can feed them to her so there’s no hard deadline.

THE REASON THAT LETTERS ABOUT REDISTRICTING ARE IMPORTANT TO A SUCCESSFUL FILIBUSTER: In Texas, you can’t just read the phone book or “green eggs and ham” or whatever to do a filibuster. It must be “germane” to the topic of the bill.
