So, we are raking in so much tariff money (from our own citizens), that we can spend $1.3T to pay everyone $5k, iff Trump wins. Then why is the deficit ballooning? And no, I am quite certain the $5k bribe will be in the same account as our imaginary DOGE checks.

It used to be that the shared cost of living with someone (if you didn't pay rent) was counted as income, which didn't necessarily impact SSI payments. But hey, let's cut social welfare so that we have more money for corporate welfare.
