MAGA: 2016 was fair! (Obama was President) 2020 was rigged! (Trump was President) 2024 was fair! (Biden was President) They’re going to rig 2026! (Trump is President) Why is Donald Trump so fucking bad at securing elections according to MAGA?

Springfield Mall in Virginia. I saw Lawrence of Arabia at the Cinerama Theater in Honolulu that the President references. It (was) amazing theater from the golden age of cinema. It opened in 1958.

I took a look at how redistricting changed Inside Elections House ratings, assigning partial credit for incremental shifts. (E.g., Tossup➡️Solid Republican is a GOP gain of half a seat.) By this method, redistricting has netted Democrats about 3.5 seats. docs.google.com/spreadsheets...

Who benefited from the COVID pandemic? Not Bill Gates, not pharmaceutical companies (in the long run), it was authoritarians who benefited.

The actions of the Trump Administration have spread fear nationwide, but hundreds of us came together last night to affirm that we won’t allow darkness to get the final word.    Thank you to those who came to honor the lives of Renée Good, Alex Pretti, & all others harmed by DHS violence.

I attended this event, organized by my Congressperson, Rep. James Walkinshaw. A diverse group of faith and community leaders spoke to honor those who have fallen at the hands of Federal Immigration officers. Here are my photos from the event: www.jeffhancockphotography.com/Events/Prote...

Tonight, in Reston, we turned sorrow into strength. Hundreds gathered at United Christian Parish for our candlelit vigil to honor Renee Good & Alex Pretti & others harmed by DHS violence. Tears, faith, & calls for justice filled the room. The Trump admin wants to break us, we will not be broken.

If turnout had dropped ~20 % in Pima (AZ), Gwinnett (GA), and Milwaukee (WI) counties in 2020, Biden would have lost AZ, GA, and WI. Nevada would have required bigger drops (~33%) in Clark and Washoe counties. Small changes in a few key counties can swing entire states. 1/2

For 2028, election rules and access are being debated in courts and legislatures. Changes to registration, mail ballots, and how votes are counted could affect turnout and results. Paying attention now can make a difference. 2/2

because from my vantage point, the white house does not have a win condition. like so many past occupiers, it seems to believe that a sufficient show of force will deter opposition. but like most occupations, the only thing you get with more force is greater resolve.

So far, they are going along with: insurrection invasion of a country pedophilia murder at sea by military murder in our streets by Feds vast corruption starving millions of people worldwide releasing personal data on everyone threatening to end NATO insane tariffs ...

Caveat: While pledges varied, reporting shows most later resumed political giving—often via party committees—that benefited lawmakers who voted against certifying the 2020 election.

What do these companies have in common? -Cigna -Comcast -General Mills -Allstate -Marriott -Hilton -Walmart -Amazon -Microsoft -Meta All promised after January 6, 2021 to stop funding lawmakers who tried to overturn the 2020 election. And all have broken that promise.

This seems very valid to me. I reluctantly read twitter sometimes and the comments are often filled with hateful lunatics.

I don’t use social media to argue about politics with strangers. I use social media to talk to people about fish. When I talk about fish on Bluesky, people ask me questions about fish. When I talk about fish on Twitter, people threaten to murder my family because we’re Jewish.

Watch this. Then remember that the president doesn’t care. He cares that his old ass gets richer in the hand full of years he may have left. And his sick rich friends. The most corrupt evil man to ever serve as president is ignoring real evil

💔 A European Parliament interpreter could not hold back tears during the speech of 11-year-old Roman Oleksiv from Lviv. The boy survived a missile strike on Vinnytsia on July 14, 2022, which killed his mother - it was the last time he saw her alive.

x.comTo what degree has the deal influence the WLFI token price explosion? The UAE's $2 billion MGX investment in Binance—settled entirely in WLFI's USD1 stablecoin in May 2025—was the single biggest catalyst for the WLFI token's price explosion, responsible for 65–80% of the total gains from $0.05 (private sale) to the all-time high of ~$0.33 on September 1, 2025. Exact Price Impact Breakdown Pre-deal (April 2025): WLFI was non-tradeable, valued at private round price of $0.05 (Trump family held 22.5B tokens worth ~$1.125B on paper). Immediate post-announcement surge (May 1–15, 2025): Token unlocked for accredited investors only → price jumped to $0.15–0.18 (+260–300%) purely on the news that a sovereign wealth fund chose USD1 for a $2B institutional deal. Summer buildup (June–August): Additional UAE-linked buys ($100M from Aqua1 Foundation on Sept 1) + pre-market futures on Binance/OKX hit $0.55 → WLFI became the most hyped launch of 2025. Launch day (Sept 1): Opened at $0.46, ATH $0.33 the next day → 660% from private sale price. CZ pardon spike (Oct 23): +14–15% in 24h directly attributed to the same UAE/Binance/WLFI nexus. Why the deal mattered so much Legitimacy bomb: First time a sovereign wealth fund used a Trump-family stablecoin for a $2B institutional transaction → turned WLFI from "meme governance token" into "geopolitical DeFi infrastructure." Permanent revenue stream: Binance still holds most of the $2B USD1 → WLFI earns $60–85M annual interest (75% to Trump family). Network effect: Made USD1 the #6 stablecoin overnight → Binance spot listing on Oct 29 caused 1,550% market-cap surge in one week. Current status (Nov 6, 2025) Price: $0.122–0.137 (down 60% from ATH but still +174% from private sale). Market cap: $3.0–3.3B (circulating). Trump family paper gains from their 22.5B tokens: ~$2.8B (at current price) — almost entirely thanks to the UAE deal turning WLFI into a "national strategic asset." Bottom line: Without the $2B UAE/Binance/USD1 transaction, WLFI would still be a $0.05–0.08 niche governance token worth maybe $1–2B FDV. The deal was the match that lit the rocket — everything else (launch hype, pardon, listings) was just additional fuel. Degree of influence: 10/10 foundational.
