If Sally Yates was picked by Cornell to investigate, the outcome has certain expectations attached to it (and no, objectivity is not among those expectations). What do you think the outcome will be?

The Nobel committee uses their Peace Prize as a leftist political statement. When they choose someone who is in denial about what “peace” really is, it taints the Nobel awards in general. Damn shame.

Lest anyone thinks Vladimir Putin has ANY intent to negotiate with Ukraine, he keeps giving us clear indicators that all he wants is war. Expect more attacks on Ukrainian civilians and far more dead Russian soldiers. Putin cares about neither.

It's no surprise that the @USArmy is leading the way in using nuclear power for energy needs on its installations. Hopefully cities/states across the nation are watching.

China and Iran are two-of-a-kind terror-based governments. Each country uses mayhem to help push forward and support their internal control of their populations, and uses brutish bullying to bring fear to its neighbors.

When Nike decided to take the advice of Colin Kaepernick to NOT use a Betsy Ross flag on their shoes, they lost a lot of us -- permanently. Proving themselves as anti-American is generally not a good business decision.

Wall Street Journal: "Russia is strong-arming more fighting-age men into military service to boost the flagging ranks of its army as voluntary recruitment stalls and Moscow’s initiative on the front line in Ukraine falters." Russia is literally plucking men off the street.

Russia’s primary combat operations in Ukraines are attacks on civilian targets (terrorism) but profess to be indignant when military generals are attacked in a restaurant. Can’t have it both ways.

Russia is tempting fate. You can believe that if Russia really had been able to take Ukraine in "three days" as many in the Kremlin -- and some in the Pentagon -- thought they would, that Poland was next. Fortunately Russia's military stinks.

Russia continues to want to hide the damage Ukraine is inflicting on its hapless military forces. The Russian people are now seeing the effects just outside of their windows.

Congress must deal with sanctuary cities/states. The idea of a sanctuary city is to resist state or federal laws. That has to be viewed as a rebellion and traitorous activity.

Guardian: 'Ukraine strikes on Russia’s ‘Amazon’ warehouses bring war closer to ordinary people' Russian businesses have been pounded by Ukrainian drone strikes targeting warehouses belonging to Wildberries, Russia’s version of Amazon. Such attacks hinder Russia's supply chain.

National Review Online: "The Cuban regime is pouring resources into “sustaining and expanding a wide range of ideological and intelligence front groups” that work to train and influence left-wing activists in the U.S., according to a new report from the U.S. State Department."

The Hill: 'Ukraine may already be winning World War III for an oblivious West' "Ukraine, chiefly on its own, using a wide assortment of asymmetrical kinetic means, is no longer fighting a long, losing defensive battle. Rather, it is dealing the decisive blow that may help to win the global war."

Vladimir Putin saw Ukraine as easy pickings en route to reassembling the Soviet Union. His ego-driven plan instead exposed his weak military and has resulted in hundreds of thousands of Russian deaths — for nothing.

Whatever the countries in the Middle East attacked thought of Iran before, it’s obvious that Iran is a danger to all of them. Iran has long had designs of dominating the region.

#OTD July 17, 1821 Spain officially ceded Florida to the U.S., ending Spanish rule. This finalized the Adams-Onis Treaty of 1819, resolving ongoing border disputes.

Russia is in real trouble. Putin can end all of it by simply sending his battered forces home. He’s losing tens of thousands of soldiers each MONTH. Time to end it.

It’s clear Iran is not negotiating in good faith. It’s also clear their current leaders have had every chance to save their own lives but are inclined to ignore any agreement. Their chances are now over.
