Anyone else not anyone's bestie? I have lots of friends who have a bestie, but not one of those are me. I'd like not to be alone, but I don't want to wish this on anyone else.

I’m glad Van Jones apologized for his sick joking about dead kids in Gaza. But the problem goes deeper: he spread Netanyahu propaganda that the mass killings of civilians in Gaza—including 20K+ kids—is Iranian fake news. It’s not the students and young people who are fooled. It’s Van Jones.

I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE. This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined. It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

I know that I would break out crying if I was that guy. I hate that anger makes me cry.

R.I.P. Bob “Slim” Dunlap. The former Replacements guitarist died at home in Minneapolis today due to complications from a severe stroke he suffered in 2012. Dunlap replaced Bob Stinson in the ‘Mats in 1987 and played on their final two albums before releasing two solo LPs in the ‘90s. He was 73.
