Corporate media is dead. Rip In Pease. Go watch skibidi toilet instead. Or maybe some Technoblade videos. They are pure art. Or better yet, go outside. Touch grass. Hug a wallaby. Learn math. Do some taxes. Anything! You have 57 years and 394 hours left.

I know Beautiful OB (Dark is a secondary channel), he's an honest fella, one of the rare great gaming channels out there, and he doesn't usually cover real life drama outside of his own career. I've made a bunch of lengthy replies below with my jerryspoops YouTube account.

With companies trying to push genAI at all costs, one day they're going to start trying to charge people money if they want to disable/remove it, just like with ads. And they're going to even be as entitled as tell you it's morally incorrect and stealing if you disabled the AI shit by force.

You know, I've been thinking... School uniforms. If you're interested, I think it's Communism plain and simple. Every website in support of it that I visited will even tell it to you upfront: "Sense of belonging and pride" Not like most students hate school. Also uniforms extend to plenty of schools

Even though your school had enough responsible adults who could have stepped in, in case of such bullying motives. "Students won't have to worry about [...] keeping up with the latest fashion trends„ or you could just teach them that this kind of "fitting in" is cringe and makes an NPC out of you.

For the record, I don't actually remember experiencing a life of school where I had to wear a uniform, but since I've come to France, I've heard of how some countries generally have public schools that require a uniform.

wearing their uniform, just like everyone else. They wish to harass anyone who dresses up in something "woke", but everyone wears about the same as them, so what could go wrong? Finally, they're old enough and they leave school. They go out in their new "Trump 2067" t-shirt, they see someone with...

a t-shirt made in honour of Rosa Parks, and they finally take the opportunity to harass the fella wearing it. The fella calls the cops, and the bully gets thrown in jail and forced to do Community Service. Hopefully. Shoulda taught 'em tolerance. But nope. You had to protect students in the moment.

with the same pay. Also... "iT rEdUcES bULlyING" Yeah, sure. Negotiating with the entire Committee of School Bullies, rather than teaching them not to be such SNOWFLAKES and learn to shut up and accept people's clothing choices or else get a ruler to the fingers if their skulls prove too thick...

I believe that there is still a point in life where you will need to resort to physical discipline. Here's how this clearly goes: You admit a student to the school, the future student appears to wear an "I hate libs" t-shirt, you tell them to wear elegant attire at school, they attend year by year,

...it's not like each school has its own uniform. If any, you'd be forcing fake pride on those who must wear the uniform; "When everyone dresses the same, it [...] eNcOUraGeS iNclUSiVitY." SCREAMS Communism. You know what else encourages inclusivity? All people being obliged to work where assigned,

Oh noes! Due to technical issues (Baldi tried to install SteamOS into one partition on his hard drive, but that one wasn't enough), some schools burned down mid-construction, including one where you should find 99 notebooks! But don't sweat it, a fresh new building is being built now as we speak.

Hey Baldi's Basics modding community! I'm not totally in the loop, but I've caught wind of some drama going on amongst y'all. Please remember that this is all about a funny little game called Baldi's Basics. Please remember to not take things too seriously and to have fun.

Just bought a whole computer at a yard sale for 10 "balles" (or 10 french bucks). Monitor, mouse, stylish keyboard, cables (VGA and power), 3-plug cord and large bag. Windows 7 Home Premium. 4 GB RAM. 500 GB storage. I just need to work on cleaning out the card slots and we should be ready to go.

So, I read something from the World Health Organization that said young people are between 25 and 44 years old. I didn't know that someone couldn't be old enough to be a young person. Another thing is that 44 seems a little extravagant for "young" age, but at least whenever I start...

being in denial over my age amidst a mid-life crisis or something, at least I'll have an official source to back me up. And if you ask "but... aren't they the same organisation who say 'you reach young age at 25 years old' ?" to that I would say... ... ... SHUT UP!! YOUR STUPID!

YouTube is demonetizing LEGIT creator channels using FILTHY CLANKERS. Enough people know that this is a PATHETIC, DISGUSTING, LAZY and overall bad stunt and attack against the DIGNITY of human kind, and I REFUSE to believe that this isn't a RETALIATORY PERSONAL ATTACK against their own creators.

Rules don't count anymore if you don't have to lift a finger to be BACKSTABBED by Big Brother AI-Gooner platforms. Not speaking for myself. Speaking for those who are way better than myself at creating overall.

Can't wait for the creepy cookie freeloading website admins or whoever designs websites in general to notice that maybe shoving a pop up in your face, demanding you to subscribe to a newsletter, is the equivalent of some spoiled man-child grabbing you on the street and politely demanding favors.

And then their response to the negativity is to offer a paywalled option to remove the newsletter pop-ups and other self advertising plugs, like they do with cookies and ads. The PopUpOff extension is up for grabs on many browsers!

Happy New Year! Joyeuses fêtes de Fin d'Année! So, we're visiting our relatives for Christmas and New Year's, and my uncle's millennial son and his daughter came over for a day, and after they left my boomer dad, eldest of all, basically called him a tired old fart. You should've seen the backlash!

3/ consumerism like these were god-given, JS-level banning you from scrolling to force you to look at a popup advertising their marketing newsletter (which really shows how poorly someone can be raised) instead of embedding it more into the page like a decent person... Also they actually believe...

4/ this bs analytics propaganda, saying these rude popups that snatch users' screens like Trump snatches a young woman actually guarantee more subscribers, rather than a decent popup that acts like a sort of sidebar, and follows your scrolling at the worse among decent ways of advertising something.

2/ What I see is a whole new business model which consists of some gaslighting, gatekeeping, begging, making demands like you're their personal make-a-wish fairy, bitching about how expensive their ad-ridden website that no one asked for is to hold up, waivering non-existing rights to enforce ...

Just a point I would like to make on the EU law with websites having to (at least) disclose their cookies : I don't believe the law is the problem; if you don't like cookie popups, blame the website, or accept it. There's too many perverts on the internet, advertisers in particular.

Scientific fact : anyone who pushes their newsletter subscription beggary in their users' faces through popups are bratty little perverts that weren't properly raised to function in society, and should be served multiple restraining orders. Source : Common sense. ...

2/ Just imagine snatching some random stranger on the sidewalk and demanding them to give you a valid address to sign up for your newsletter. Because that's exactly what it is online, and people factually feel violated when they're being served this level of disrespect and expected to return a favor
