As a native son of Jackson, Mississippi, I can assure you this is a delusional lie. Jackson doesn’t even have goddamn drinkable tap water. Mississippi is 49th or 50th in just about every measure of success.

Most white people define racism as the GENERAL mistreatment or meanness toward someone o because of their race. They think anyone can be racist against anyone else, regardless of race, and that all racism is both intentional and and overt. Hope this helps.

Try not to think about government policies as much as these people’s actions in their own personal lives. All white people do and say racist things REGULARLY without even realizing it.
