The same warrantless surveillance tactics being used in immigration sweeps could be turned against journalists and their sources. Congress should pass the Government Surveillance Reform Act and close the data broker loophole.

Do I do enough? I vote, I speak out, I go to protests, but what do I do at home? I do speak out, but should I be doing more, and if so, what? When I go to a protest, it is only me I don't risk anything for anyone else. I don't do local protests because I worry about my job.
