dw.comIs VW eyeing Iron Dome parts production at German plant?A report in the Financial Times says Volkswagen is considering producing defense components for Israel. A VW spokesperson told DW the company was exploring "viable options."

Secondary do they produce highly capable, long living, high quality engines and machine parts needed from within the defence sector. If the partnership with Israeli defence contractor ( Rafael Advanced Defense Systems) is successful then it will provide the stepping stone into the industry. See:

Employee position is not an issue, as the choices no work or work but entailing the production of components for the military, leave at least most employees to choose a stable income over political considerations.

Volkswagen (DE0007664039) depreciated due to losses in the EV department as well as general decline due to high oil (middle east) globally. Strength is their automated production capabilities which will be redirected to profit from the current pro defence climate within Europe, Germany and world.

LINDT&SPRUENGLI (CH0010570759) temporary decline due to Middle East conflict but systemically strong (brand as well as production). Cocoa futures declined over the last year providing higher profit margins in future.

Nestlé SA (CH0038863350) stock prices depreciated due to scandals, tariffs but maintained and grew market share. Income profitability cycle on the rise as well as water rights for productions will become valuable in future. In CHF the appreciation of the CHF in the FX contributed to the decline.

No decline within the last 250 days despite Middle East conflict and growing economic pressures (tariffs).

Why couldn't NATO just invite Russia to join it, now that the USA is out? They couldn't attack NATO as part of it and NATO couldn't attack itself. Ukraine would be able to join and would no longer have to fear Russia.
