I hope there’s going to be no knee jerk reaction to this from the Man Utd board. He’s doing a great job.

So there we have it. A great way to spend 40 odd minutes. Top comments and fab company as always. Thanks all and we’ll do another one soon. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. I’m off to see Cabaret Voltaires final ever show tomorrow night. #imagine55

Oh Yoko! Countryish romp with Dylanesque harmonica solo. Nice way to finish the album off #imagine55

Still number 1! #imagine55

How Do You Sleep? The one that was aimed squarely at Macca although he states in the Bob Harris OGWT interview that he was writing about himself. Whatever it’s a great track! #imagine55

Gimme Some Truth Another one I first heard via a cover version. This one was by Generation X on the b-side of “King Rocker” Bit meh for me. #imagine55

We’re number 1 folks!!! #imagine55

I Don’t Want To Be A Soldier Mama One of my faves on the album. That groove could easily have fitted on a Yoko lp. #imagine55

It’s So Hard Gritty blues that John does so well #imagine55

Jealous Guy One that I first knew via the Roxy Music cover. Both versions are great. #imagine55

Crippled Inside I like this one. Love the ragtimey feel,a song you could imagine Randy Newman doing. #imagine55

The title track. I’m going to be honest and say I’ve never liked this song. First time I heard it was after the tragedy of December 1980 and couldn’t stand it being at number 1 for seemingly weeks on end. Sorry folks! #imagine55
