Final: Seahawks 20, Chiefs 3. Seahawks improve to 4-3 and hand the Chiefs their first loss of the year. Just a dominant showing by the Seahawks defense.

Emanuel Wilson with a 21-yard touchdown run to cap an outstanding, clock eating drive for the Seahawks. It's 20-3 with 3:47 left in the game after a 9-play, 65-yard drive that took 4:46 off the clock with KC burning two timeouts.

Derick Hall with a big hit on Mahomes to force a fumble on third down, but the Chiefs recover. Butker good from 50 yards on the next play. Seahawks 13, Chiefs 3 with 1:42 left in the third.

Nick Emmanwori, who sometimes lines up at defensive end, running stride for stride downfield with Xavier Worthy. That man is something else.

After review, that's a 28-yard touchdown for Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Sam Darnold and the offense are cooking on third down right now, and the Seahawks lead 10-0 with 1:44 left in the half.

Nick Emmanwori was absolutely flying to get that hit on Mahomes, forcing the pick. Have to think Mahomes though he had a bit more time to get a throw off.

Long Seahawks drive finally stalls out in the red zone, and Jason Myers makes it 3-0. Seahawks converted on third-and-9 twice and third-and-7 once on the drive. It's 3-0 with 8:22 left in the half.

Really nice play by Mansoor Delane to break up what would have been a third-down completion to Tory Horton. Seahawks get a couple of first downs but have to punt. Dickson with a 48-yard punt to the 10-yard line.

The Barnyard is back and AJ Barner picks up a first down on third-and-1. I wonder if Anthony Bradford being out was a reason the Seahawks haven't used it of late.

Seahawks injury report for Sunday night’s game vs. the Chiefs. Out: RB Zach Charbonnet, LB Drake Thomas, LB Chazz Surratt. Questionable: OLB Connor O’Toole, S Nick Emmanwori, QB Drew Lock. No status for RG Anthony Bradford, so he’s good to go.

Macdonald said no setback for Charbonnet, just part of the plan of bringing him back. Emmanwori had a hip issue come up today that had him listed as questionable.

Sam Darnold after throwing two interceptions in the Seahawks' Week 6 loss to the Broncos: "It's B.S. for me to keep turning the ball over. It's not fair to our defense, it's not fair to our special teams group, it's not fair really to the entire team." shwks.com/wahxrvaq

Mike Macdonald’s reaction to Thursday’s loss is probably the same as y’all’s: have to take care of the ball better, QB getting hit/sacked too much. Said three extra days coming up will be big to evaluate things.
