In The Net, Sandra Bullock orders a pizza online. That was some insane shit back in 1995

Hell, I'm not even a game dev but they've been one of the key inspirations for me. I'll miss that studio.

Looking for game devs who have been directly inspired by anything BioWare for my next video. I suspect the public likely doesn’t quite realize the extent of their influence on the industry, so I’d really like to highlight that. If you are one such game devs, pls reply to this post!

One thing I adore so much about Cyberpunk 2077 is how much worldbuilding / attention to detail exists in the game. almost 6 years later, I still come across things hidden out in the world like this that have their own small little 'storytelling skeleton' moments and they're so fun to find.

I feel like it has to be hard to sorta disassociate as a legacy artist who made all their biggest albums/hits at like 20 - 25 years old where you spent song after song raging into the mic being angsty and whatnot, and then 30 years later, you have to go out on stage as like a 50+ year old and sing

Whenever that old debate about video games being art or not would come up, I would just simply say "Listen, I enjoy or respect any medium that has an immense amount of creativity" The debate of what is/isn't art is completely meaningless to me next to this one simple truth: I love creative people!

This is why I'll always say: video games are a form and medium of art.

People keep saying they hope Larian could get ahold of the Dragon Age IP and I think most are seeing this purely from a mechanics POV, because I genuinely don't think their usual style of writing is fitting at all for a Dragon Age game.

The only game awards worth anything are the ones you yourself pick. Every game is GOTY to someone somewhere and that's all that matters.

Please do not take TGA’s rules seriously. Certainly not their deadlines. After all, they don’t.

I know people are going to rip this fuckin guy apart, but I won't even pretend that I often find myself gravitating heavily toward male stuff / real dude shit. I wish people would stop patronizing others who do lean moreso this direction.

"If more books were published by men with explicitly masculine themes, would there actually be a wider male readership?" This is very much in the Platnerian mode that presumes all men are only attracted to content by, for, and possibly about Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor. jacobin.com/2026/10/lone...

loving it

Gears of War means a lot to me for a number of reasons (too much to type here). Being able to review Gears E-Day while also being fortunate enough to celebrate it with friends and cool collectibles has been really special. #Xbox #GearsEday

Good evening, Geralt. Your target is a powerful and influential individual with extensive connections known as Radovid. They’re currently operating in Oxenfurt aboard their ship the HMS Oxenfurt-Tretogor. “Your approach is entirely up to you, Geralt. I’ll leave you to prepare.”

Oh I fucking loved this movie. Watched the new UHD release (I waited for years to see this one just to see it on the format) and I'm glad I waited. The creative and design energy here is as good as it gets, man. This is tremendous 50's Atomic Age sci-fi at its best.

I think for my generation of kids, this was a movie that was really hard-hitting and therapeutic when you had split parents. I think I must have watched this one a million times.
