Someone decided to stand in the bike lane and take photos of me as I was dashing through the snow and at first I was annoyed and then I was like, are you taking photos of me? And then I got to see the photos and this is what she sent me. Winter biking's finest. 😌😅 (Posting here as it did well on 🐦)

Global Warming, Global Over Heating, Global Scorching, Global Boiling, Global Burning, Global Wet Bulbing. Just trying to switch it up a bit for some variety. Variety is the spice of life.

I've been looking up how PDMS can be cured, since it is a cross-linking liquid polymer. Some great insights and tutorials out there. I pretty much think all levels of society should examine PDMS because of it's heat emissivity at 8-13 microns (atmospheric transparency window for infrared radiation)

Upcycling aluminum plastic laminates into solar reflective materials. Been doing this for a little while now, but my mind keeps getting blown the more I do my homework on it.

I love Kimchi, and this just makes me happy that there's something else to love about it. Plus, I go out of my way to get to the few shops in town that sell them in glass bottles. Something that a lot of Kimchi producers don't take into account is that they put them in cheap plastic containers.

A probiotic in kimchi binds to nanoplastics in the gut, helping flush them out. In mice, it more than doubled nanoplastic excretion. Another reason to love fermented foods 🥬🔬 #Microplastics www.sciencedaily.com/releases/202...

13 Americans w/o Ebola exposure put in detention when returning from Africa. “Staff even created a map for Bhattacharya that showed the vast distance from Kinshasa to Ituri province, to highlight the low risk. He ordered them to be detained anyway.” www.rollingstone.com/politics/pol...

I've been picking up stray cans in the city on my bike as a hobby and getting the refunds when I've collected enough, and consistently getting over $10 bucks back each time I bring my haul. Today I broke my record. ☺️
