Alt account for @joqatana without the ranting & politics. Art, mushrooms, dogs, cats, critters, flowers, obligatory egrets & stuff I like. ID’s are in alt text. Also autistic. I don’t do subtext. She/they/. Everything ©️Jo Adell unless otherwise stated

I grew up 18 miles from Sleepy Hollow. Here’s a bunch of pictures. Tell me which are real and which came out of Tim Burton’s head. 👖

35 years ago today I was on my way to rehearsal and stopped to pick up a balloon that we needed for props. Got back in the car and heard Bill Graham had died. Made it through rehearsal without falling apart and then let the balloon go.#GNU

Flowers at the building I applied to. With luck I’ll get the next apartment to open up cuz I still don’t want to live by the front entrance and courtyard. But I’ll take it.

The first 3 bracket fungi are species of ganoderma, probably all Artists bracket. First 2 are enormous, two feet across and several years old. The 4th is Western Hardwood Sulphur Shelf. Closely related to Chicken of the Woods but grows on eucalyptus. You don’t want to eat that. Not alt texted.

Same as previous post but moving, and with more #birds. You might see San Quentin in the background. #Pelicans #Egrets

They taste pretty good. Next time I get them I’m putting one in the air fryer just to see what happens. Also gonna string some shiitakes & hang them in the window over the radiator

Terrible photos but it’s not quite pining for the fjords. I will bring it inside if/when it’s Done. #Dragonfly

I tried to pick it up and it tried to fly away. It really can’t fly anymore. I’ll check on it in an hour or so.
