I don't know what's going on most of the time, but I have the required medical clearance to support Leeds United, and it also turns out I'm a bit autistic which explains a lot. I don't like racism. #lufc

Maybe football should have a handicap system like golf, where we get a goal head start, or they have to play with ten men or something. It'd liven things up. #lufc

Trump says "it's time for Ukraine to get a new president" and Putin responds saying Ukraine "needs leadership actually focused on peace" - you can almost see the strings when puppet Trump does his master's bidding.

I awoke to the shocking news that Donald J Trump didn't win the Nobel Peace Prize - if this reaction from the President doesn't scream peace, I don't know what does: “Iran will be very quick one way or the other: that they give us everything or they don’t exist any longer.”

I guess there's always the big one, the FIFA peace prize, fingers crossed the completely uncorrupt FIFA see sense.

Part of me wants Trafford to do brilliantly and show the world how fantastic he is, but also part of me wants him to just be ok in an England shirt in a Nigel Martyn sort of way, but absolutely brilliant at club level in a Nigel Martyn sort of way #lufc

There is a programme on the BBC right now with people making sandcastles competitively. I feel my licence fee could be used more productively.

To be fair to Jim Ratcliffe, he campaigned for the UK to leave Europe, then left the UK to live in Europe. He said the UK had been "colonised by immigrants" then became an immigrant in Monaco. He said taxes are too high, but doesn't pay tax. He is at least consistent in his hypocrisy.

Ed Sheeran was put in a very difficult position, but not an impossible one. He chose to try to preserve his neutrality on political issues, but this isn't a political issue, it's a humanitarian issue. There is no neutral position.

It's a bit flimsy to call Ed Miliband antisemetic for criticising Israel's genocide and aggressive occupation of Palestinian land. He is Jewish, and his parents fled Nazi Europe during WW2. He is also a fan of #lufc, so leave him alone.

Was Zetterer as bad as he looked on the highlights? I didn't see the game, but at least two of those goals I'd have expected to have been saved. #lufc

When you're being completely overrun and can't get hold of the ball, isn't this when a coach should have a bit of a tweak? #lufc

I saw some Arsenal fan on The You Tube (TM Talks Ball) going on about how great Bahoya is and now I'm thinking we might have stumbled into another Raphinha-type figure. Can't wait to see him play #lufc

The Scousers also deserve a nod of acknowledgement. Most people would have sent those tops back and asked for the stains to be removed, but no, Liverpool just wear them regardless. Good for them - it's not about looks.

Unconvincing draw by the Scousers, demoralising for the Geordies - great outcome! (Maybe we should sign Lewis Hall as LB competition for GG) #lufc

Just shows what I know, I thought Stach wasn't that great today, and thought Brenda did well. Hey ho, this is why I have a day job, I guess #lufc

Robert Jenrick wants to ban "foreigners" from getting benefits - presumably because they're inferior - according to my AI fact check thingy, no clean figure exists for a saving if we were to implement such an approach, but roughly £7.5 billion/year on Universal Credit #FascistNonsense ... (thread)

... however, that's a gross figure that includes mixed British households and people in work still paying tax (although it excludes most other benefits because nationality isn't even recorded) and is largely protected by treaty, refugee law, or the contributory principle ...

... on the other side, the migrant population is a net fiscal positive on average per the OBR — with many barred from benefits entirely while still paying tax — so if we assume legal residents won't be allowed benefits due to nationality, they won't be expected to contribute? #ReformDrivel

Farage winning Clacton convincingly, with more votes than before, shows people will put up with a lot of lies and corruption as long as they get to be racist. I'm thinking of emigrating.

To paraphrase Brian Clough, I never speak ill of the dead, and I'm not going to make an exception for that piece of shit Rob Liddle.

One solution to having to think of ideas to keep tweaking a home shirt that's basically just white is to not release a new one every year, alternate new home v new away - admittedly this would cut merch revenue by about £12m but that's manageable. #lufc

It's a good job I'm not leading transfer negotiations at #lufc, I'd be so anxious I'd have given in to Man City, Southampton etc. just to get the Trafford, Charles etc. signatures. We'd be Peter-Ridsdaled to fuck if I were in charge of the cheque book.

Andy Burnham is now getting it in the neck for spending money setting up Number 10 North in the approximate geographical centre of the UK. Other countries seem to manage to have government beyond the capital, it's frustrating how we just assume it's a pricey white elephant.

I don't have any issue with someone in 2016 voting for Trump because they were sick of the Washington elite and wanted to drain the swamp, avoid unnecessary wars in the Middle East and stop corruption. What I don't get is why any of those people would still support him now.
