we're such rubes. me and kid 1 are camping out beside her crate. Probably not the best solution but 1) it calmed her down and 2) kept her in the crate.

Glenn Burns has grown tired of Facebook shenanigans in his retirement. He created a new, private FB group from which he'll dole out weather nuggets. Friends, my request to join the group was accepted. Gonna know about upcoming storms several hours before everyone else.

oh the in-laws (bless em) are taking the kids for the next few days & between the 3 of em there's literally 26 things that require pickup / dropoff / attendance so we need to lay out all necessary outfits / gear / water etc They asked today "what is the meal plan?" lol idk man, just keep em alive

Today Kid 1 had the beginning of cheer practice followed by her last cross country event followed by a dance class. For the first time in her life she said "I want to go to bed".

I don't think the garage has been this clean/empty since we moved in. And there's still 20 things I need to get rid of and really need to add some wall hooks but we just might be able to put both cars in here this winter
