I understand the arguments against traffic cameras but in a world of Scofflaw Culture, I’m a proponent of them. Too many people shouldn’t be driving. We see this kind of thing all the time. This jerk could have easily killed a child or anyone who thought it was safe to cross at a designated walkway.
