Judge says conditions imposed by HUD are likely to exceed its authority, violate the constitution, and are not closely related to the purposes of grants.

Last night we filed a NEW motion and declaration in our case of NCN v OMB. We're asking the judge to clarify that Continuum of Care (CoC) grants that’ve been awarded are covered under the court’s Preliminary Injunction preventing the administration from implementing broad federal funding freezes.
