Going to make a ham sandwich. Since I was a kid, it has been a fave comfort food. My Mom used to laugh when I'd ask for "ham hanging over the edges". Of course, what I meant was use lots of butter and don't stint on the filling. I shall use this strategy, and use granary bread as a nod to health.

My neighbours' alarm went off during the night when they were away last week. Probably mice in the garage. But I got rewarded (for checking it out and turning it off) with a box of chocs and these pretties. 🥰
