I’m currently doing a stream series on my YouTube Channel called “Sonic Sundays” where I’m playing all of the mainline Sonic games except for the handheld games, so here I wanna talk about every game we played. Will be updated for each game we finish.

THANK GOD! With the number of recomps using AI nowadays, it’s fantastic to see something get revived with no vibecode in sight.

Reecee 🎃@reecee.bsky.social

Excellent News: Dr. Mario World is being revived by a group of fans who make discontinued mobile games playable again and there's no evidence of AI/vibecoding (they developers clearly seem to be anti-AI based on what I've seen on their Discord server)

If I had a nickel for every recomp that was vibe coded, I would have too many nickels. Seriously as someone who liked SA1 more then SA2, it sucks a recomp of it got hit with the vibe code.

SLOP WATCH: The Sonic Adventure recomp is vibe coded. You can tell because they say so and also because every code comment is a 4+ line short story and people who have actually done real decomp work (SPEEPSHighway) have no clue what it's even doing despite this. gj clod i mean claude #slopwatch

You know I have 35 minutes left of this movie and then I’m done the cleanup but I just feel nothing. Like the movie is great but this cleanup has been a slog.

Jumpycool@jumpycoolyt.bsky.social

Just finished the movie and it was good but I expected it to be funnier. 8/10 Next up is the final movie of the cleanup… #NowWatching Deadpool 2 (2018)

I’m not happy that this is set in the X-Men universe considering how I felt about those movies.

Jumpycool@jumpycoolyt.bsky.social

Just finished the movie and it certainly wasn’t fantastic… 2/10 And that wraps up the Fantastic Four movies, so now it’s time for Deadpool which is the final two movies. #NowWatching Deadpool (2016)

I’m halfway into this movie and this is where they get their powers. Remember in the 2005 movie where it only took 20 minutes? Now it took 50 minutes.

Stan Lee trying to get into the wedding when he’s cameoing as himself means that Stan Lee just exists in this universe which means Marvel exists in this universe.

Here’s some Jumpy lore: On the DVD of Garfield Gets Real that I watched so much as a kid, there was a trailer for this movie that I watched a lot.

I’m halfway through this, and it’s alright. It’s not as bad as I thought it was gonna be but it’s not as great as the first movie.

I think my best friend said it best when he said Toby is the best Spider-Man, Andrew is the best Peter, and Tom is the best of both worlds.
