I don't want the Dodgers in another World Series, but I'm also contractually obligated to hate the Brewers. So I'm stuck. I really hope the AL team wins (especially if it's the White Sox).

Somehow I found myself using light bowgun in Wilds and actually enjoying it. I'm not quite ready to bust it out on higher level hunts yet, but I'm shredding mid level hunts with little effort... And the weapons aren't even fully upgraded!

In Monster Hunter Wilds news: After several unsuccessful attempts on AT Arkveld with the Insect Glaive, I cleared it first try with Gunlance. Having a shield is pretty great. Granblue Relink having universal guard may have spoiled me.

I like most of what I've seen from the Ocarina remake, but why does modern Zelda menuing have to be the most tedious thing ever? Fucking use a radial menu, for Pete's sake, or copy LttP's grid. Anything is better than that godawful horizontal shit.

Oh, for Pete's sake!

I was starting to think I was being harsh for not playing 2XKO out of principle because of Riot being a terrible company, like I was blowing it out of proportion. It's safe to say I no longer feel that trepidation. Boy I hate being proven right sometimes...

Shit like this should be OPT IN by default. Why should I have to go out of my way to turn it off? I've said before that the only way companies can make fetch happen is just to force in on people and hope no one notices and shuts it off.

I guess holding out on Marvel Tōkon was a good idea given the response to the PC version so far. I guess it's just as well, I have plenty of fighting games that I should really be playing instead, especially since I was so vocal about improving earlier in the year.

I want to compete in SOMETHING (other than Mystery) at Frosty Faustings next year, but my motivation waxes and wanes. I need a swift kick in the pants to get that going again. At least I won't have Tōkon nor Avatar to distract me.

Not gonna say that I'm surprised about the EA thing, but it's honestly kinda shocking how few games of theirs I've played. Literally the only one I can remember in the past decade is It Takes Two. It really won't be difficult for me to refrain for doing so in the future.

Watching the new Stop Skeletons from Fighting video on Mighty No. 9 and checked Steam out of curiosity and saw it was like $4 with all the DLC. I am now $4 poorer.

I'm starting to develop more cohesive thoughts on Final Fantasy XIII as I play through it again. I should really be writing this stuff down and keeping notes; I might be able to actually do something with them.
