anyways, this film has no right to be as good as it is. like how did that happen, with that studio? Even with Peter Beagle involved, who was very much hit and miss (and tbh, i prefer the film over the book, which is most often not the case).

also mad props for the choice to let America do the music and how it was implemented. it didn't always make narrative sense, but it hit the feels perfectly.

like, it's not that's it a conscious trans allegory, but there are a lot of beats many trans people will feel familiar with.

really struggling without progesteron. i got recurring depressive disorder, AuDHD, General Anxiety Disorder and something else. prog helped me a lot with that, with regulating my emotions. maybe it's a me thing, but maybe it would be generally beneficial for trans women hrt.

but gyns just say it were just for people with an uterus and wouldn't have any effect beyond that except maybe making you feel worse. i think those people are full of shit.
