Kable

My headcanon for Khalil (OC by @featheryoshi.com ) is that he’s a huge David Tibet fan.

I would agree, but because I’m a music nerd, I must also show essential autumn albums.

I wish I wasn't such a fucking pussy sometimes.

DISCriminate by Death in June is maybe one of the best “Best of” compilations I heard. My only gripe is that “He’s Disabled” (which is a top 3 Di6 song for me) isn’t on there.

Hempispheres was pretty boring lol

I think the levee that is my mind has broken, and all of my thoughts are spewing out in an absolute mess. Has someone turned that into a lyric? Because that's actually not too bad.

I hate the reason how I rediscovered my love for Cap'n Jazz. I guess you could say something similar for Camping in Alaska, but that was before shit hit the fan.

I was going to listen to that new Sleep album that supposedly sucks this evening, mostly as a means of fleshing out my worst albums list, but I really don't want to. "But Kable, didn't you just said you wanted to listen to mom jeans?" No?

I can't tell if I want to binge the whole mom jeans discography out of morbid curiosity, out of spite, out of some test to see if my friends would get upset at me if I somehow enjoyed it even a lil bit, or all of the above.

Remind me to never share lists again.

I feel like recording my review for the new Olivia Tremor Control album will be the most difficult, mostly because I’ll have to fight to urge to not cry on camera. (Also yes, I am going back to filming my reviews for now.)

“Like Spinning Plates” is NOT the worst Radiohead song ever.

LovelyBoy

I know that the opinions of Dopesmoker by Sleep are all over the place, and I definitely understand why. But god damn, this is amazing.

Revisiting the new Boards of Canada album in preparation for my year end list, and man, this is still really great. It's kind of fallen down a ranks a bit compared to when I first heard it, but it's still in like, the top 10 atm.

Aphex Twin

Wait, I actually love the new Olivia Rodrigo album?

I can't help but feel like music these days is sorely undervalued by the masses. Like, I feel like there's a reason why one of the biggest art mediums AI is infesting rn is music.

"Do you know who painted this? [shows a painting done by Hitler]" is not the gotcha you might think it is.

“Will you never forget about me, even when I’m a hundred?” “How old will I be then?” “Ninety-nine.”

Man, I feel so happy right now. It's weird lmao

Sometimes you just gotta accept that you fucked things up beyond repair and that you just need to move on and try to not repeat those same mistakes.

If that one Interpol bootleg was called Script of the Bridge, then people would stop with the constant Joy Division comparisons.

Top 5 metal albums atm. Obviously this'll be subject to change if I listen to more of it lol

So, if Oasis is fronted by two brothers, does that mean there exists a band led by two sisters called Oabro?

currently my favorite album, everyone who follows me should listen

I am now the proud owner of all 3 Olivia Tremor Control albums as well as the singles comp they put out in 2000 :)

This shitty automatic chapter update on YouTube has been bad, but it does make it funny when it has to try and make sense of a YTP

Idc if I sound like JelloApocalypse by saying this, but please go out and vote like your life depends on it.

Massive day for me :)

If anyone has any feelings towards me, please let me know. I'm kinda desperate. (Ok, I'm not that desperate, but Idk)
