Proof the house has been sold

Was watching the latest episodes of Helluva Boss - where I.M.P has to go to Australia to kill one of their targets. That had me laughing out loud with some of the stuff they got up to .. especially with a kangaroo hopping in reverse ... lol wtf?!?!

Well got some news. Contracts have been exchanged on the house I'm in at present. In other words I believe it has been sold, settlement isn't until the new year .. Honestly I'm getting both nervous and excited about this.

Since I did a review of the new Street Fighter movie, this time I'm going to do one on the characters and the actors who played them. Andrew (Koji) and Noah do a pretty amazing job of Ryu and Ken respectively, there's some great moments between the two, and if you watched the trailer, there's

Not going to go through them all I'll only do a couple more: Mel Jarnson - Cammy. This time she's working with Bison rather than against him. There are moments where her Brit accent just completely drops away, then it'll return. Orville Peck - Vega. Sorry to say I think this was one of the weakest

performances of the whole movie, we only get to see him a few times, and absolutely NONE of his special moves like Jay Tavare was able to execute his Rolling Crystal Flash.

Cody Rhodes as Guile, did pretty well in his role, especially when he gets up and nails Vega (Orville Peck) with a flash kick. Roman Reigns - SCARILY good as Akuma, his entrance towards the end of the movie you felt it before you saw it. No, he doesn't throw any hadoukens, nor do we get to see him

do his powerful move in Shun Goku Satsu (Raging Demon) - pity, but we do see some of his other moves. Olivier Richters - Doesn't get much screen time this time as Zangief Jason Momoa - His portrayal of Blanka is pretty good, sticking to game lore. The prison fight scene with Ryu a highlight.

scenes where you'll know what's going to happen. Callina IS Chun Li and a damn good one at that - pity she don't get much screen time. David Dastmalchian (Bison) I thought played his role quite well, darker than Raul Julia's portrayal. Don't see why people are hating on him for, if you haven't seen

him as Mr 3 from One Piece, then you won't see how good of a portrayal of Bison he can do. Vidyut Jammwal - another great portrayal of his character Dhalsim his fight with Ken a highlight. During the fight he offers some of his advice to Ken, and as you can see gets drilled with the Shoryuken.

Ok now that I'm home, my thoughts on Street Fighter 2026 (no spoilers) It's taken in a much different direction than its predecessor with Jean Claude Van Damme & Kylie Minogue. Cast wise I think Kitao Sakurai did a pretty impressive job on getting actors to portray their Street Fighter counterparts

Story wise .. you enter thinking what the heck are they going to do within the movie, what direction are they going to take it .. and once the movie takes off it kind of hints at what they're thinking of doing. One thing I WILL add: the "Tuesday" line from the previous movie IS IN - but he says it

a different way - but there's a tie-in that if you know the line - you'll get it within a couple of seconds. Overall score? 3.5 paw prints out of 5

Great use of special effects, the fight scenes looked absolutely amazing, you get to see the odd occasional character move used here and there (but not as many as you might hope). There are scenes which will make you laugh, but the majority of it takes a more serious tone.
