Katherine Blanford was hilarious last night in SLC. Truly, that was a great time. one of her openers, Daniel ...something, called me out for "stonewalling" him though. I admit I'm not a great audience member when people throw out deeply homophobic remarks casually, especially in a comedy setting.

things that feel amazing: my home being clean and tidy. things are put away where they should be. know where everything is. things that never happen: house staying orderly. things being put away where they should be after use. walls/floors/countertops being cleaned regularly.

I may have gifted one of my neighbors a new pride flag because theirs was getting beat to shit by the weather over the years just as a nice random gift, because I love doing that kind of shit, truly and I may have also done it because the house across the street has this stupid sign in their window

I know it's worse for me right now because of Arrow dying, but holy SHIT it makes my goddamn blood boil when people abandon their pets for getting old. I would give my leg to take care of Arrow for another ten years of going deaf and senile, and people are just abandoning their babies out there‽

Took Arrow's toys and blanket for another walk. The neighbor that always barks at us did as usual, until I said "I'm sorry, buddy, he's gone. I'm so sorry." And they just stopped barking and looked sad. I know it's projecting to think they understood the words, but I think they understood overall.

Arrow will be leaving us tomorrow evening, so I'll finally have something to resent Friday the 13th for something Please take a moment to wish him a safe and comfortable journey, and maybe that he'll eat something good before he goes. And not to spend his money all in one place And we love him.

These photos are ten years apart to the day. The latest one is the last one taken before receiving the news that Arrow is in end stage kidney failure. He won't even eat string cheese at this point. Please hold your babies tight for us. At least I don't have to regret not loving him enough.

for someone who could not tell you when the last time they drank milk was, my diet sure is full of fermented milk and milk extracts. my diet lately is like: juice, yogurt, dried blueberries, cottage cheese, skyr, whey protein, peanut butter powder, oat milk, fiber gummies, and a handful of pills

the workout industry people like to tell you that nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, but they're lying in this context, it's the Optimum Nutrition vanilla ice cream protein powder, with two big spoonfuls of PB2 peanut butter powder, blended into a pint of oat milk
