My law firm intervened in every case DOJ has filed to gain access to states' sensitive voting data. So far we have won several and lost none. But this is going to be a long fight for free and fair elections.

Marimar Martinez is a hero. She was shot 5 times by ICE. The agent told her to “do something b*tch” before opening fire. He later bragged “5 shots, 7 holes”. DHS tried to smear her reputation but video footage vindicated her. Next week she will testify in Washington about ICE’s brutality.

They tried intimidation. Minnesota answered with people.

Within half an hour of when Deputy AG Blanche told reporters that DOJ "complied with the statute...we did not protect President Trump," DOJ deleted multiple documents from the database with damning information about Trump. Among those deleted were first-person accounts of Trump raping kids.

Children raped and killed. American citizens shot in the street. Immigrants illegally shackled, tortured, killed. Journalists arrested. While a $300 million ballroom is constructed and a trash documentary released.

I've heard others say it and I'm really feeling it too. We should definitely embrace the American flag as part of the resistance to fascism and the authoritarian government. It must stand as a symbol of decency and democracy, not what the GOP is trying to rebrand it as.

The first thing Virginia Spanberger did after being sworn in as Governor of Virginia was repeal Youngkin’s executive order requiring state and local law enforcement to cooperate with ICE. This is the kind of leadership Democratic governors nationwide should be emulating.
