Okay this is not news-y but she’s gonna be mad about how cute all the new spooky boi sprites are that get released tomorrow (or next week, she’ll be home for those) and how she can’t play Fortnite until she gets home - she’s already annoyed about that haha.

Sending this at 9:45pm at night is a fucking choice. Tiny Werewolves isn’t apparently good enough for Chicago Stationery Fest anymore.

There was no listed “criteria for evaluation” for vendors - the application was pretty standard. You just submitted booth photos, product photos, bio etc. and a short explanation about your process behind making your product. Aka this was not billed as a “judged entry” or judged show/market.

I’m also real fucking interested to see which mix of Chicago-based brands made the cut at the CHICAGO stationery fest in 2027.

Tiny Werewolves isn’t apparently good enough despite surviving the shit show that was year one, still wanting to even come back and then after year two getting 1/3rd sales because of mismanaged event ticketing and STILL WANTING to support CSF. Loyalty and locality means absolutely fucking nothing.

All we get as a returning vendor is a blanket email that says “sorry we’re at capacity”!? - I clearly made the cut the last 2yrs, you could have at least written me a personal email explaining why. I’m not a stranger. We know each by name, say “hi” in the neighborhood. You carry my product in store.
