I've flown a flag at my home for some time. Today I took it down because 1) despite it being OUR flag and it being ok to be proud of being an American, at the moment the flag is tainted by MAGA, & 2) until I again have hope that trump is being rejected, I simply don't feel that patriotic.

Making sure this stays in our collective consciousness for my first post seems like a good idea.
