Wise members of the SCOTUS might want to begin securing their legacies now. I see 2 approaches—one difficult & one harder.The easier one is to make rulings that comport with their PUBLIC confirmation hearings. The harder one would be to take Pope Leo’s advice on appropriate Christian behavior.

2/24 is the day every Federal Judge should ask the day’s prosecutors to produce a copy of the oath they swore when they took office. Make them swear it’s the oath they took. If they won’t or it’s not the standard “defend the constitution oath,” the Judge should dismiss the case with prejudice.

Seems to me that Musk, DJT, & the neoGOP/neoDEI have overlooked a critical Putin fact: There is no substantially profitable business to be done in Russia or it’s satellites. Folks are just getting by. Putin & his unpoisoned oligarchs have the only disposable income available.

I can’t wrap my mind around the obvious fact that people (generally men) with impressive credentials, accomplishments, wealth, and real power are knee-knockingly terrified of DJT—a person whose only apparent success is perfecting the art dehumanizing bullying.

In light of Trump’s Trudeau name calling, I was wondering if anyone knew how long it was between the time non-family members noticed DJT’s father’s mental decline and his passing?

The stench of faux & decaying testosterone emanates from Trump's proposed appointments. All they have left is an overwhelming desire to inflict pain on anyone who doesn't acquiesce to their power grab. No integrity. No ethics. No morals. No compassion. No empathy. Nothing human about them at all.
