In light of recent events about artists taking a political stance, I got to thinking about all the artists/bands I've liked through the years. I have to say, I don't know where a lot of them stand politically. But is that what should be expected from now on, everyone should speak up?

In Finland we drink sima/mjöd around this time of the year. Quite often people brew it themselves. This year I managed to find a brand that's very close to the homebrewed version.

I listen to many different styles of music but heavy metal fits the mood more often than not in the state that the world is in. Megadeth's lyrics also work just as well today. www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdEu...

WTF! Had to take a break from political stuff and put on The Offspring's self-titled album on YouTube and noticed it stopped after track 10. It seems like track 11 was removed from newer versions off the album and YT removes it if anybody uploads it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ToER...

I remember posting on facebook in 2016 that Jimi Hendrix's version of Star Spangled Banner should be the official version if Donald Trump wins the election. It's legendary but the way it sounds like a crash landing is the perfect metaphor 👌 youtu.be/_319kQ_GKgc?...

I remember watching this music video at a friend's house a long time ago. They had a satellite dish and were able to see the VIVA channel from Germany. A powerful video that's still very relevant in 2025! youtu.be/d2E_iiTd9hQ?...
