on reading front: holy crap I finally finished a trilogy that I didn't quit because of a frustrating trope. In fact, the main character was so freaked out by a guy friend crushing on her while she was having feelings for the first guy. I think this is the first time I've ever seen this happen.

I think people attempting a joke/meme needs to understand how to correctly apply the joke Eg: why would you even try the winston/overwatch thing on a game where people literally have been to the moon in the previous expansion Come on.

It’s so difficult to have to explain to people why certain jokes just does not work for me. 🫠 Every time I try to work out the words to explain, I immediately give up because “no, they’re not going to understand, better just stop trying”

On Uncanny, they ask for cover concepts and ideas, if they don’t like them, they ask for another attempt. The artists give us choices and add their creativity, editors pick their favorite option. It’s ver collaborative. I have no influence over the variant covers, so they are always a surprise.

On that note, I'm printing my brother his own amaurotine mask and his is estimated at 4 hours to print my mask was 16 hours on ... I think my first 3d printer this is the third printer and the time difference is staggering
