Taramasalata is done & flavors are melding in the fridge. My lazy Susan went so I had to empty both shelves so my kitchen table is filled with bottles etc. My daughter is bringing home boxes from work so I can pack it all up. She's also picking up the ouzo & Greek beer. Good daughter.

So making dolmades (stuffed grape leaves). I have the stuffing finished. It is cooling a bit. Will soak the jarred grape leaves, stuff & roll later or even tomorrow then cook in more chicken stock. Greek fest Saturday.

KITTEN ADOPTION KLAXON Gravy needs a home in the Baltimore/DC area ASAP, preferably one with other young cats. After the sudden death of her only sister, she really craves playtime with other kittens. Gravy is fully vaccinated and spayed, cuddly and playful, and learns what is ok and not ok fast.

So every morning I feed the cats (sometimes at night also but my daughter does it way more often). My female cat Sosi closes the sliding cabinet that houses the garbage & recycling almost every day. If I open it later & get the stuff in she refuses to close it. She's spicy with the e collar still on

So my daughter took Sosi back to the vet. Her paws are much better but still not healed not bleeding all over. So steroids until Sat. Antibiotic pads every other day & antibiotic cream until next Monday. Then if not better an allergist. If not better after that then a biopsy for autoimmune. Sigh.

Tried to refit the sleep number bed a few weeks ago. My big boy Cy (20 pound male cat) creeped over Friday night and the sidewall collapsed & I fell & landed on a charging station. He's on the other side of the bed ever since. Need to heal & get a new mattress.

Squishy baby seems to be better from her paw. Healing. Had to poke her a lot from stop her from chewing it. She gets out of the cone of shame in less than 5 minutes everytime. She gets out of the air one too. Feral mom taught her well.
