Is it very strong? Yes, it is, and that's consistent w/NOAA usage. Is it "super?" Personally, I have no issue with this term, and use interchangeably with "extreme," but bear in mind there's no official definition. Is it "Godzilla?" Well, let's just say that's not a term I use!
