So this has not been like a journal for me... but i do have a three book system! I have a gratitude journal, a recounting/information based journal and a thoughts journal, though my notes, voice memos and camera roll kinda take some of that load. Its nice to fill out in the morning and at night!

This is one of a few artworks I've created in an in-between state after coming down from some serious emotional troubles. Like most of my despair it was born out of thinking about my future. This piece was* a representation of my resolution to motivate my own growth and discipline through hope (1/2)

*in past tense because its not relevant to my current self there are big red eyes under the post-its but I had moment and it felt like a hopeful version of myself from the past was watching me fail to acheive their dreams so i covered them up. All of it was stream-of-consciousness so it made sense.
