London, England Yes, I'm British. I've worked for US companies most of my life & have US friends. I like America & want the best for it; plus the current situation impacts the whole world - badly!

I'm British, I can see that your party system doesn't work like ours, you have no "leader of the opposition" - or shadow government - to oppose the President & his cabinet. Maybe look up when your Constitution was written & when the parties were actually formed. bsky.app/profile/numb...

"Charles agrees with me even more than I do..." A President of the United States said this. A President... You really can't make this stuff up.

Credit where it's due. For all Trump's issues with words (meanings & pronunciations) he is one of the, all too few, people that pronounce "nuclear" correctly. So many people pronounce it "nucular".

When is someone going to rid the world of the sick & sinister regime currently waging unprovoked war in the Middle East & disrupting the entire world? For clarification, I'm talking about the sick & sinister regime terrorising the world from Mar a Lago & sometimes the White House.

There will be some poetic justice if Trump's ultimate undoing comes about due to him insulting & disrespecting the sacrifices of the soldiers of America's allies. One can hope.

Judge Coughenour, an 84-year-old Reagan appointee, not only slams Trump for his brazenly unconstitutional attack on birthright citizenship, but also Trump's DOJ for lying on Trump's behalf. ––>🧵

LISTEN: Judge Coughenour condemns Trump’s assault on birthright citizenship. It is “apparent that to our president, the rule of law is but an impediment to his policy goals. The rule of law is, according to him, something to navigate around or simply ignore…for political or personal gain.” Part 1:

Watching the LA fires with horror & willing the firefighters to prevent the Palisades fire from gaining a foothold in other suburbs. But I’m sure that - especially in razed neighbourhoods - the odd family that didn’t lose their home will suffer a form of survivors guilt going forward.

So I’ve joined the masses headed here from Twitter. Not deleted that account behind me, not while too many that I follow don’t seem to be here yet…

You are up to date.
