If I was a judge and a DOJ lawyer filed a brief saying "yes, we mistakenly shipped someone with a right to be here to a foreign gulag but you have no power to order us to bring him back" I'd put that lawyer in jail until that person was brought back.

This week the orange marble has referred to the DoD as the Department of WAR; revoked security clearances of several people who didn't have security clearances; and said he didn't sign the proclamation invoking the Alien Enemies Act even though it bears his signature. Nobody's concerned??
