Honestly the amount of stars I couldn't even see myself that I caught makes me really want to let my phone catch light ftom some random seemingly empty part of sky for a few seconds to hipefully see a few dimmer stars :3 And ofc I know I'll get less stars than here bc this is a pic of a star cluster
Bonus part of the pleiades! I think you can see a few red dwarfs here which is pretty cool imo bc even though they're the most common type of star in the universe, there aren't any visible to the naked eye that I'm aware of Also this is in the long exposure mode so some stars became green ofc

My quote post of this being the Running Man nebula was wrong also here's a nicer pic Removing the green the Night option in my phone adds went a lot better on my pc and this is a higher magnification pic I missed when looking for one to post It's kinda blurry but I still think it came out nice :3
My phone and camera combo aren't quite jwst, but I saw my first nebula today and it was so gorgeous!! :3 It's the orion nebula! Also the 2nd pic is with a long exposure mode that makes everything green and my de-greening attempts have failed so far but I still like it

I'm gonna need to get a filter or a nicer camera (than my kinda mid phone one) to like really outdo this old jupiter pic... It is way clearer this time at least! And I barely had to zoom in Also an hour-ish before sunrise the stripes were visible quite nicely :3 Not to the phone tho
Ok so I get that this might not be a big deal to anyone other than me but I'm way too excited not to post about it, so: I just saw the Galilean moons with my own eyes!! Also I managed to get a really blurry photo with my phone where you can kinda see them :3 It was wayy more clear irl ofc #space

Saw a woodpecker :> Also it sneezed lol I don't think I've ever heard a bird sneeze Actually I most likely have I just wasn't paying attention
I left my keys in my room so I'm stuck outside until my parents come home but honestly I'm probably better off sitting outside in the fresh air rather than at the computer X3

Actually it's supposed to be cloudless today sooo fingers crossed, maybe I'll see it today! :3
Kinda sad how for the over 3 weeks now since the 180th anniversary of the first observation of neptune it's been either cloudy or a full moon so I still haven't been able to see it Also soon it'll mostly be in the direction of awful light pollution so I'll probably have to wait until next year ;w;
