Another humbling moment in a week of humbling moments. I went for what I wanted to be a 40 minute walk and ended up dehydrated, and cramping to the point of collapse. A neighbor got me the last 600 feet or so by car. Really didn't expect that. I cant remember ever deteriorating so fast.
