day 891: a few weeks ago I caught footage of some lovely bird and grass interactions. It was washed out and backlit by the sun so I decided to rotoscope it to better highlight the magic I felt in the moment 🌾🐦‍⬛ #rotoscope #animation #birds #birdwatching #ArtVideo #rotoscoping “i was lonely”

day 1396: I made a “kinda tutorial” for the style of falling leaves I added to yesterday’s piece 🍂 This video (and series in general!) is also on the video apps (TT, IG, and YT) jsyk 📱 #DailyArt #ArtSeries #Animation #Animated #ArtIdeas #FallingLeaves #procreate #NoAI #AIsucks

day 1395: I had some time today, so I added the falling leaves like I’d originally planned for yesterday’s piece! This is hand-drawn digital animation created in #Procreate 🍂 #NoAI #AIsucks #DailyArt #DoNotUseForAI #DigitalPainting #animation #fall #Autumn

day 1394: had some time to sit outside in the shade and finish this piece! 🍁 Thanks for spending a moment with my art related series 🎨 #DailyArt #NoAI #AIsucks #SayNoToAI #HumanMade #Procreate #DigitalPainting #DoNotUseForAI

day 1393: work is progressing on this WIP pleasantly! 🕺 I’m hopeful I’ll have it finished and ready to share tomorrow 🤞 #DailyArt #ArtSeries #Update #Procreate #ProcreateArt #WIP #DigitalPainting #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

These are still very much available with no wait! You too could get some art for yourself at some affordable prices!

day 1392: new piece underway 🎊 This WIP was inspired by golden hour yesteday evening ☀️ The stage is early, but it’s a stage nonetheless 📈 #HumanMade #NoAI #DigitalArt #DigitalPainting #AIsucks #Procreate #ProcreateArtist

day 1391: today I did some sketching while watching TV 📺 I drew without pausing. It felt rather rushed, but that was the entire point. I had a good time (love watching TV <3 🥰) and feel I got good practice! #sketch #sketchbook #drawing #sketching #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

day 1390: 🤫 each pumpkin has a secret face that shows up in the dark 🔦 I used a shimmery glow-in-the-dark polish to paint the faces, then one of my toppers (which had a similar shimmer) over the whole nail to “hide” the face 🥸 #Nails #Halloween #Pumpkin #NoAI #AIsucks #NailIdeas #Manicure

day 1389: 🎶 ALL (okay, some of) THE LEAVES ARE FALLING 🎵 Finished drawing this piece, then decided to try and animate some falling leaves 🍂 It was a really fun exercise! #Procreate #ProcreateArt #ProcreateAnimation #animated #DigitalPainting #digitalArt #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

day 1386: went on a walk that turned into a “cool leaf” scavenger hunt. I looked for ones that looked interesting, got them on camera, then put them back where I found them 🍁 Did you know the environment benefits when you “leave the leaves”? #DailyArt #Leaf #Leaves #Autumn #Fall #forest #woods

day 1385: the sun was coming and going this afternoon following a rainy morning ☔️ There was a warning we might have a storm roll in when I got to the park, but instead the sun came out in full while I was painting ☀️ #watercolor #pleinAir #park #PublicPark #painting #noAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

day 1384: did some painting by (and of) the water today 🌊 Thanks for spending a moment with my art related series ☀️ #watercolor #pleinair #Painting #Art #dailyArt #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

day 1383: Are you registered to vote? Do you have a plan to vote on November 3rd? 💭 If the answer is “no” to either of those questions, visit vote.org for more information! ℹ️ And, if it’s relevant to you: VOTE 🗳️ BOB HARVIE 🩵 #VoteHarvie #VoteBlue #Vote #Election #VoteBobHarvie #BobTheVote

day 1382: some more candy corn nails 💛🧡🤍 I thought the tip-style would be my preference, but ended up loving the full candy corns more 🤷 It’s really always guess-and-check 💅🏼 #NailPolish #Nails #EasyNails #HalloweenNails #Halloween #CandyCorn #CandyCornNails #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

day 1381: Just now, I finished this digital piece inspired by a spot found on a walk with a friend 💜 This was drawn and animated in #procreate ✨ #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI #ProcreateArtist #DigitalPainting #DigitalArt #animation #Animated #artAnimation #animatedArt

day 1380: It’s been a rainy Sunday here so far 🌧️ I got cozy and kept working on this #WIP ☕️ 🧦 Thanks for spending a moment with my art related series ☺️ #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI #DigitalArt #ArtSeries #Procreate #WorkInProgress #part2 #DailyArt

day 1379: got started on my next #digitalPainting and will update you as I make progress 🎨 Sending some love and hope your way 🫂💜 #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI #ArtSeries #WIP #Procreate #DigitalArt #HumanMade

the 8 bonus tracks from #CarlyRaeJepsen somehow make an already amazing double album even more astounding 😭 “In Pure Faith,” “Yes,” “Love Depressed,” and “Sixteen and Rising” stuck out on first listen (but I genuinely love all 8 (+ the 24 originals)) #NewMusic #DayAndNight #NewRelease #pop

day 1377: finished the work in progress that I’ve been tinkering with these last few days 🪩 I need to find another “street through a town” to draw soon, since I really like these types of compositions 🏘️ #DailyArt #procreate #DigitalPainting #Animation #animated #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAi

day 1367: still on this (sorta autumnal) gradient for my nails 🍁 Swapped some colors and added one more (bringing the total to 7 colors) so I could have 3-colors per nail 🌈 #Nails #NailPolish #ColorfulNails #EasyNails #NailInspo #NailArt #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

day 1375: today I rearranged my plants and then felt like painting one of them: my snake plant <3 This was the first plant I got years ago (it was smaller then 🥺) & caring for it gave me confidence to get more 🪴 #SnakePlant #Watercolor #painting #Art #Daily #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

day 1374: It’s the kind of breezy where the wind makes the leaves sound like the ocean 🍃 🌊 Nice weather called me outside so I painted this: #Watercolor #DailyArt #Painting #NewArt #PleinAir #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

day 1373: it’s early, but it’s started 🎊🪩 I’ll keep working on this companion piece** to the one I shared last week! **it was inspired by the same outing 🏘️ #DailyArt #DigitalPainting #Part1 #WIP #DigitalArt #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

day 1372: just finished this watercolor at the park and now I’m waiting a bit for my palette to dry before I close it and head home 🎨 #DailyArt #Watercolor #PleinAir #Painting #dailyArt #NoAI #DoNotUseForAI #AIsucks

My friend and I are planning a second trip to see #ForgottenIsland after adoring our first watch last weekend 🏝️ It’s beautifully animated and the story is so riveting. It’s hilarious throughout but extremely touching at all the right moments 🎥 #Animation #animated #movies #Art #Film #BoxOffice

day 1371: was really struggling to find a spot to inspire me today, so I just picked a table and went with it! Clouds rolled in after a bit, so I might bring it back for a second session when weather permits ☀️ #pleinAir #Painting #Outside #Watercolor #DailyArt #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

day 1370: wanted to try this #Fall -inspired gradient again, and swapped some colors from Sunday’s look. It ended up less leaf-toned 🍁 and more apple-ish 🍎, so I’ll probably try a third combo (with elements from both looks) next time! #Nails #EasyNails #NailPolish #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

day 1369: finished this animated digital painting today! Shout out to my muse, last Friday’s sunset 🌅🩷 #dailyArt #DigitalPainting #Animation #Procreate #DigitalArt #Sunset #Animated #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

Sorry, grocery store, I won’t be happy that my yogurt that was $1.78 each is suddenly “on sale” at 2 for $4 😭 That’s not a sale, that’s a poorly disguised price hike 🙅 #GroceryStore #Groceries #yogurt #skyr #prices

day 1368: we had some moments of sun today so I was able to get to the park to do day 2 on this #PleinAir from last week ☀️ I think it’s done now, ready to be untaped once it dries 🪩 #watercolor #part2 #painting #paintingOutside #FromLife #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

day 1367: new work is in progress and it’s sunset-themed! 🌅 I’ll keep at it and have an update tomorrow 🕺 sending some love and hope your way 💜 #WIP #Sunset #DigitalArt #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI #Procreate #WorkInProgress

day 1366: it was nail re-fresh time and I felt like experimenting with some fall foliage inspired colors 🍁🍃 I picked 6 colors that worked in a gradient, then used 2 per nail. #Nails #FallNails #AutumnNails #NailsAtHome #NailArt #FallNailArt #Manicure #NoAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

day 1365: playing around with this “concave lens” filter over on a video app (⏰) has me feeling like I can “step into” the world of my art! It’s so magical!! 🤩 #NoAI #NeverAI #DigitalPainting #Animation #Procreate #HumanMade #AIsucks #trippy #ConcaveLens #DigitalArt #DoNotUseForAI

I just saw #ForgottenIsland with my friend and it was soooooo amazing!! The movie is beautifully animated and the story is unbelievably gripping. I’m already planning my next trip to see it 😭 #Dreamworks #Animation #Animated #Movir #NewMovie #NoAI #AntiAI

day 1364: finished working on this piece just now 🕺 I’ll be looking for more scenes like this moving forward because I really enjoyed working on this one 🏘️ #DigitalArt #NoAI #AISucks #DigitalPainting #Procreate #Animation #DoNotUseForAI #Daily

day 1363: kept working on this #WIP I’m not a car person (like I don’t see the hype of a “nice car”), so I’m always surprised with how much I love drawing them in my art. They are like adding “the suggestion of people” or something 🚙 #DigitalArt #AIsucks #NoAI #WorkInProgress #Art #Daily

My doctor started our visit by asking if she could use “a tool that listens to ambient noise and takes notes.” I told her no since I’m aware it’s an AI tool. We had a great appt without AI. I hope others know they can (and should!) say no to things like this! #AIsucks #NoAI #SayNoToAI #doctor

Being a fan is funny cause I’m very aware I’m not a fair evaluator, so I don’t really trust my judgment… BUT ALSO I’m fairly certain she’s the best pop star ever and her new album is the best of all time??? 😭💜 #CarlyRaeJepsen #DayAndNight #newMusic #Pop #music #emotions #Versailles #OnWires

The entire new (double!) album by #CarlyRaeJepsen is just soooo good! It’s very cohesive to listen to as a whole, but every track explores in its own direction. early stand-outs: Versailles Something Tragic Just A Little Walk On the Moon Amalfi Coast That’s Just Me #DayAndNight #NewMusic #CRJ

day 1362: I love drawing buildings with all their shapes, lines, and angles 📐🔷 They always seem like they aren’t working at all and then *poof* they suddenly seem building-y 🏠 #art #DigitalArt #ArtProcess #ArtSeries #NoAI #WIP #WorkInProgress #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI

The measles vaccine you hopefully got as a little kid, but you might need a booster now since protection can wane (check with your doctor) 💉 Some people (like me 😭) can’t get a booster due to immunodeficiency, so it’s really helpful that those of you that can, DO! 💜 #vaccine #vax #herdImmunity

A recent survey found that 92% of U.S. adults have delayed or avoided medical care due to high costs. Meanwhile, a new study from Yale estimates that Medicare for All would save over 114,000 lives and $1 trillion a year. If this country was truly “pro-life,” we would have universal healthcare.

day 1361: started a digital piece inspired by a cute area I happened upon today 🏘️ Even on an otherwise cold, misty day, this little stretch radiated that sense of cozy warmth I crave in autumn 🔥 Hopefully I’ll be able to capture and distill the feeling! #WIP #AIsucks #NoAI #Art #Procreate

day 1360: watercolor #pleinair from the park just now 🌳 Waiting for it / my palette to dry for a bit, and reveling in the sounds of nature 🐞🐸🐦🌊 I will probably add more to this back at home once it’s completely dry 🎨 #DailyArt #Watercolor #painting #noAI #AIsucks #DoNotUseForAI #daily

day 1359: I started this watercolor at the park yesterday, and then finished it back at home just now. It was mostly meant as a test of a portable watercolor set-up, and I will say the set-up worked! 🎨 ☺️💧 #watercolor #painting #pleinair #painting #DailyArt #NoAI #HumanMade #AIsucks
